In our final section of the course, we will be looking at some different ways photos were processed and how we can re-create these styles in Photoshop.

Pinhole Photography – Pinhole

Pinhole (or Camera Obscura) is the earliest form of photo-taking. Everything we seen modern cameras, takes place in much more simple terms – using a light-proof space (box, can, room, etc.), light is passed through a small, pinhole opening (aperture) for an extended period of time (exposure).

Take a look (video) at how this process happens.

Here’s the steps for making this style of photography in Photoshop – Pinhole_Photography

Use these files to follow along in class – PinholeDemo

Task: Create 2 photos that use the Pinhole Effect.
