Spacing (Composition)

Spacing (aka Balance) is not a rule, it’s an idea.

Up to now, we have been looking at composition ‘rules’ and working with ways to bring them into our own photography. Spacing is the idea incorporating multiple ‘rules’ into one frame. What ‘rule’ you use and how much/little of it is present is up to you.
This can seem ambiguous, but ultimately this means you are in control of your scenes.

The main goal of spacing is to be intentional with how you use ALL of your frame.

Let’s take a closer look at this idea – BalanceSpaceNotes
