Colour is one of the more common ways in which a photographer can layer composition within their images. Finding strong, contrasting colours or a mixture of evenly balanced gradients can add depth to photo.


Colour Theory is seen in all forms of art – from painting to drawing to film and photography. The principles of these ideas are same in each medium. Here’s a quick look at the ideas around using colour: ColoursIntro
