Leading lines are a great way to subtly lead your audience to focus on a subject or area of a photo. Leading lines can be natural or human-made instances in scenes – the idea here is to use them to guide viewers to specific areas in a photo. Once you understand more about leading lines, you’ll end seeing them everywhere!

The Assignment

Using your knowledge of leading lines, you will need plan and take 4 photos that utilize this ‘rule’. The subject matter is up to you, but all 4 photos must be taken using Manual Mode.
