Have you used a camera before? No?
No worries – let’s go over a few useful things…

Below you will find a couple of quick guides for the Cannon Rebel camera that we have:

For the majority of photos you take for yearbook, you will be using the Auto Setting on the camera. This is the easiest ‘point and shoot’ set-up for taking photos – if we need to make adjustments, we will be using Photoshop for post-production work.
Over the next few weeks, we will be looking at some common methods for touching up pictures in Photoshop.


With a partner, or on your own, take a camera and head out around the school to gather some photos that meet the following criteria: ScavengerHuntV1

Once you collect your images, upload them onto the Yearbook Share in folder with you and/or your partner’s name(s).
